I’m Margaux
ABOUT ME
Embarking on the path of self-discovery and healing is a courageous step, and I am here to guide you through every moment with warmth, authenticity, and a wealth of experience.
As a dedicated therapist, I understand the unique challenges each individual faces, and my approach is centered on meeting you exactly where you are.
As an EMDR-trained and trauma-informed therapist, my approach is a harmonious blend of psychodynamic, CBT, and solution-focused modalities. I create a safe and supportive space, utilizing EMDR for trauma processing, incorporating psychodynamic principles for deeper exploration, employing CBT techniques for cognitive restructuring, and embracing solution-focused strategies to foster positive change.
My goal is to guide clients through a holistic therapeutic journey that addresses past traumas, explores underlying dynamics, transforms thought patterns, and cultivates practical solutions for a more fulfilling life.
